Supported Devices

The OmniPass “plug-in component” is an open API that is available to any authentication device hardware provider that wants to have their device work with OmniPass. By providing an open API, OmniPass has the maximum number of supported authentication devices in the industry.

The currently supported devices include the following:^*

Biometric chips (e.g. AuthenTec, UPEK, Digital Persona, Atmel, Validity, Fujitsu, Silex, Priva Technology ClearedKey, Idex, SecuGen or any BioAPI compatible devices)
Bio-Key biometric middleware
Axalto Smart Cards
G&D Smart Cards
Atmel Cryptomemory Smart Card
Any Smart Card with a Digital Certificate Storage Capability
AET SafeSign Identity Client
RSA Security Software SecurID Token
National Semiconductor TPM, both TPM 1.1 and TPM 1.2 compatible
Infineon TPM versions 1.1 and 1.2
Atmel TPM versions 1.1 and 1.2
ST Microelectronics TPM 1.2
Any Digital Certificate device (e.g. Aladdin E-Token, Rainbow E-Token, Phoenix Trust Connector, etc)
